Choose the start date of the course from the drop-down menu. Note: Only the start date is required.
- Complete the form by entering the required information into the applicable boxes.
Press Submit , The final draft of your application will appear.

Carefully review the information to insure that it is correct.
If you wish to change any part of the application, press Modify. This command will return you to the original screen. Proceed to make your desired changes and press Submit when you are done.
Review Global Assets’ terms and conditions provided at the bottom of the form. To complete your form, click on the box stating “ I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the terms of this course registration.”
Press Print to print a hard copy of your registration form.
If you are paying by credit card, hand write your card information (expiration date, card number, and name as it appears on the card ).
Sign and date the form.
Mail the registration form along with your tuition to the address listed at the top of the form. Note: Your registration form will not automatically and/ or electronically be mailed to Global Assets when you press Submit. If you do not mail the hard copy, Global Assets will not have any record of your form or information.
Keep a copy of your registration for your own records. Once your application is received and processed, Global Assets will e-mail and/or call you to confirm your registration. Please allow at least 10 business days from the date of mailing. Contact us immediately if you do not receive a confirmation. |
