HBI- Homicide Bomber Initiative HBI is the first program of its kind to be developed by the ATF and the NTOA for use by federal agents/ officers. Global Assets TAC Group has been contracted as an exclusive provider of consulting and training for various tactical aspects of this program. This extensive training, based on Global Assets’ 5 day CSB course, is designed to teach select members of various units the counter measures and tactics to be implemented against the threat of suicide bombing. Global Assets’ existing 5 day hands-on Counter Suicide Bomber (CSB) course has been taught for over 3 years to a wide array of law enforcement and government agencies/ officers across the US. It is currently the only counter suicide bomber course taught in the US which has been adopted by law enforcement agencies for use by their officers.
